What is your affiliate program?
Simply put, you sign up as an affiliate (it is a separate login from your shop account, if you have one) and place links to us on your website. When a visitor to your site clicks on a link, they come through to our site where they are tagged by an electronic "cookie". You will then earn commision for every purchase they make within a certain time span.

How do I Join?
Just click "Affiliate Log In" on the menu on the right. You will then be asked for some details, and your account will be set up instantly and you can start building affilated links for your site.

What commission do I get?
Commission is currently at 5%, but this may change in the future.

How do I get paid?
We currently only offer Paypal payments.

When do I get paid?
You will get paid the following month your credit with us is over £20. If you do not have £20 within 1 month, the balance will be carried over to the following month.

What countries is the affiliate program open to?
Anyone from any country (that we ship to) can become an affiliate. The only requirement is that you have a paypal account. That information is needed during registration.

Do I have to have a website?
No, you do not need to have a website, but it does increas you chances of creating refered sales. You can put links at the bottom of each of your emails or posts on internet forums (as long as their T&C allow it) as clicks from these will also give you commission if the click result in a sale during that visit.

How long does an affiliated cookie last?
customers cookies that are affiliated to you last for 6 hours after they click your link. If they do not buy within that 6 hours they will have to click on your affiliated link again to make the sale register against your affilate id.

How do I know what the product number is for a certian item?
You can use the "CLICK HERE to view the available products list" and their numbers in the build a link page. Or, when you are logged into your affiliate account you can click the build link button directly from the specific products page.
