If any substantial defect not described at Signaturesigned.com is found by the purchaser, the item(s) must be returned within three (3) days of receipt. Item(s) may not be returned except for reasons of authenticity or substantial defect in description (see "Condition" below for full instructions and terms). We warrant, to the original purchaser, the authenticity of any autograph described at Signaturesigned.com for life. This warranty is limited to a refund of the purchase price upon the return of the merchandise in the same condition it was bought. Signaturesigned.com is not liable for any other damages, including consequential damages. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Authenticity: Every document at Signaturesigned.com has been authenticated and is accompanied by our Certificate of Authenticity. Signaturesigned.com, or anyone associated, will not be held liable for any fees incurred by the purchaser for checking the authenticity via an third party.

Condition

We have tried to accurately describe every item at Signaturesigned.com. If any substantial defect not described at Signaturesigned.com is discovered by the purchaser, the item(s) must be returned within three (3) days of receipt. This is not an approval sale. Please contact us (via Email immediately) for an authorization before returning the item(s). A merchandise credit will be issued in the case of an unresolved dispute over condition.

Sellers Rights

Signaturesigned.com reserves the right to withdraw any item from its website, reject or exclude any party from purchasing at Signaturesigned.com for any reason it deems appropriate. Sole discretion in these matters rests with Signaturesigned.com. Decisions of Signaturesigned.com are final. Prices are subject to change without notice.

This sale is being held in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

All Sales are final, but may be rejected by Signaturesigned.com for any reason it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.

Payment Methods

We accept and prefer as payment, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Paypal will be accepted, but the merchandise will not be released until the funds have cleared through your account.

All payments will be made in GBP (British Pounds). All other prices are shown as a guide ONLY. We try to keep the other currency prices as upto date as possible, but please check current exchange rates if you have any doubts.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within ten (10) days of placement of an order. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. If the purchaser has not paid in full ten days after the order date, an interest charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on the outstanding balance.

Title of item(s) passes to the purchaser when payment in full has been received by Signaturesigned.com. For any item(s) which has a substantial defect or authenticity dispute, the risk of loss shall remain with the purchaser until the item(s) is returned to and received by Signaturesigned.com.
